DB World is a real estate specialist that began as Miryung Construction in 1969 and continued through Dongbu Corporation and the real estate division of DB Inc., and it is the total real estate service company of DB Group.

We always begin with a single question.
What does this land, this space, need most?
To find the answer, over more than half a century we have steadily built the capabilities to create value in real estate, from real estate development, property management (PM), construction management (CM), data center development and consulting to golf course operation.

What allows one company to take responsibility for the entire process of a project, from planning and construction through to operation, is our greatest asset: the technical expertise and experience built on site over many years, and the trust of our clients.
