Personal Data Collected
The Company website does not operate membership registration and does not collect personal data directly through the site. Personal data is collected only where enquiries, proposals or job applications are received by telephone, fax or post.

Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes.
- Verifying and responding to enquiries and proposals
- Concluding and performing contracts and handling related work
- Conducting recruitment and notifying applicants of the outcome
Retention and Use Period
Once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company destroys the relevant personal data without delay and without exception. Where applicable law prescribes a retention period, the data is retained for that period.
Destruction Procedure and Method
- Procedure: personal data whose purpose has been achieved is moved to separate storage (a separate file cabinet in the case of paper documents), retained for a set period in accordance with internal policy and statutory retention grounds, and then destroyed. Data so transferred is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
- Method: personal data stored as electronic files is deleted using technical means that make the records irrecoverable; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Provision of Personal Data
As a rule the Company does not provide users' personal data to outside parties. The following are exceptions.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where required by law, or where an investigative agency makes a request in accordance with statutory procedures for investigative purposes
Outsourcing of Collected Personal Data
The Company does not entrust your information to outside companies without your consent. Should such a need arise, the Company will notify you of the trustee and the scope of the entrusted work and obtain your prior consent where necessary.
Rights of Users and Legal Representatives
Users and legal representatives may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their own personal data or that of a child under the age of 14.
Such requests may be made in writing, by telephone or by fax using the contacts below, and the Company will act on them without delay.
Automatic Collection Devices and How to Refuse Them
The Company website does not operate cookies that identify users or track their browsing behaviour.
It does store a minimal amount of display-preference information in your browser — for example when "Do not show again today" is selected on a pop-up notice. This information is never transmitted to the Company's servers, does not identify any individual, and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.
